This month we are delighted to shine the Golden World Music spotlight on our label artist, Dan Burke. Long before the label was officially born, Dan's creative contributions helped guide its path––and we are grateful for that. Lee and Dan's deep musical connection was the catalyst for many projects, and his two most recent solo albums, SHIFTS and SHIFTS II, are triumphs in transformative music, each inviting the listener into a space of deep renewal.

Dan Burke's power and presence are on full display in the video above for "Saviour." This special moment was captured in March of 2010 in Brighton, England, where Lee and Dan recorded the Phoenix EP in a live recording session. The song offers a message of tenderness which is lifted up by Dan's evocative piano and heartfelt supporting vocal.
